Are there some good neighborhoods near I-526/Rt 17 towards West Ashley that are worth checking into? I am not familiar with this part of Charleston County so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Price point would be anything up to $275,000 - $300,000, but no higher. I would like to find something that would be close to 526 if at all possible. Thanks so much!

There are plenty of nice neighborhoods near 526 in West Ashley that would be worth a look and match that price range. Grand Oaks, Shadowmoss, Schieveling Plantation, Carolina Bay, Sylvan Shores, etc. It just depends on how much home you're looking for, and the feel of the neighborhood you prefer.

Thank you DJ. I am currently renting a home in Summerville through June, but would like to look at those areas over the next couple of months to see if any of them would be a good fit. I see you are a realtor, so now I will have someone to call if we decide to go for a home purchase!
