How do you find out who owns property on a particular street?

I'm not a realtor, but where I live I can go online to county property tax records and also real estate transfers, listed by address.

The CharlestonCounty.org web site gives you the ability to search property ownership by street name. Here is a link for Dorchester County records This should give you Berkeley County records by street name
