Does anyone know the best way to find one? I walk around Summerville a lot and have seen rental signs out different places. But is there a link to a website that can give me a lot of listings and prices for what's out there now? Maybe a Facebook page with rental home info?

I'd rather do this without a Realtor.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Your best bet is through the MLS using a Realtor. Property Management companies prefer to show only their rentals. Now, Realtor listings do show up on Zillow.com. not sure how user friendly their rental area is.

I use Realtor.com. Zillow is pretty good. I've noticed the Trulia seems to have a large number of false listings.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I will look there.

How about private listings? I didn't know if there was a webpage or Facebook page where people advertised their homes for rent or if such a site even existed.

Actually going to look at a place in Summerville in an hour that is listed with Realtor but like dealing with private owners better but will see. I live in a home now that will be hard to be improved upon. :-(

There is a Summerville buy/sell/trade on FB. It's a closed group, but easy to join.
