NY'er right here. But I moved south for the weather (certainly not the jobs or the schooling!). Going home for vacation, tho!! Can't wait! Italian food...oh my...
Pretty much our whole development is from the North, minus the guy across the street who is from San Diego. The Townies call it Yankeeville lol.

Yankees, Rangers...I get stuck watching the Eagles due to my better half coming from Philly, but hey, gotta give and take

Thought i might add this, get DirecTV for the Sports! Otherwise you are subject to the god-awful Panthers every Sunday ... Or worse yet, the Choke masters of the South, Atlanta Braves!
