Yeah, there aren't many churches the size of Osteen's in any part of the country let alone Charleston!
As a member of Seacoast in Columbia, between the 13 campuses, they average about 11k/weekend - w/about half of those attending the main campus in Mt. Pleasant.
From a teaching stand-point, it's not going to be your feel-good motivational type messages that Osteen tends to give; while that is a part of the messages, Seacoast uses much more scripture - we've been going through the book of Acts for months now.
