Atlanta doesn't have Southwest, so you can't fly there. However, there are several mini-hubs (like BWI) which will be great for cheap air service up and down the East Coast. If we get a BWI flight, that opens up about 15 cities for one-stop service that we've never had before.
Las Vegas gets my vote, we plan on doing our 25th anniv' renewal vows there in 2012, so that would be great timing for us...besides, Vegas is always a fun place to go
Hoping for Houston myself. Like stated above Southwest Has a few cities where they like to funnel people through. Those Being Baltimore, Chicago “Midway”, Houston “Hobby” Las Vegas, Phoenix and a few others.
My Gut says Charleston will probably start out with service to three destinations. Baltimore and Chicago are pretty much for sure bets in my mind. Now as to their other choices… Id say it’s a toss up between Las Vegas, Nashville, and Houston. I’m a aviation nerd so I know quite a bit about the Airline Industry. But I’ll be first to admit I’m far from any sort of expert. Those seem to be the logical choices from what I do know.
Like mentioned, Southwest doesn't serve Atlanta so you can count that one out for sure.
