I think it's the smallest city on the list of 30. Dang tourists!

Default misleading...

America's Dirtiest Cities- Page 8 - Articles - Travel + Leisure

It was only rating 30 cities, and Charleston came in 24th. The first post is misleading. That makes it #7 in cleanliness of the 30.

Yes, it is a favorable ranking. The post headline is very misleading.

Well that's just the craziest thing I have ever heard or read. I live in Knoxville, TN but visit often and just happen to think that Charleston is one of the most beautiful cities! I have also been to Honolulu and it is also amazing! The people in both places are so friendly. Whoever wrote this is crazy!

I agree. We have visited Charleston many times now and it is probably my favorite place ever. Never saw any litter at all.

Oh, sorry for forgetting the link. The 30 cities listed are all considered dirty according to the survey. So are they saying Charleston is the 6th dirtiest or 24th dirtiest? I'm sure the historic district is vacuumed every night, so what does it matter?

I simply just can't believe that! Not in my opinion.
