"The West Virginia University baseball team will play nine Big 12 Conference games at Appalachian Power Park in Charleston during the 2013 season"

"Texas Tech (March 22-24), Oklahoma (May 3-5) and TCU (May 10-12). A location for a fourth Big 12 Conference home series against Kansas from April 26-28 will be announced at a later date. "

"We have a great fan base in Charleston and look forward to the tremendous community and fan support that Charleston can provide "

This is exciting news for Charleston area baseball fans. I can't wait to see some of the top baseball programs in the country stoll through APP Power Park. This is a fine addition to the solid CUSA games that Marshall brings to Charleston.

This is good news! APP is one of the best ball parks in the nation for its size, so I'm sure it will be welcoming and comfortable for our new big 12 family.

College baseball fans will get to see TCU, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Houston, Tulane and UAB play in Charleston. Thats a good lineup of teams coming to Charleston.

Also, rumor has it that WVU and Marshall will play each other again in college baseball this upcoming season.
