Back on topic. The City of Charleston is doing just fine. There are apartments all over the place. There are 4-unit apartment buildings in the 1600 block of Quarrier St. There are small apartment units near Oakes Field in SC. There are some just west of Montrose on Kanawha Tpk. At times, I've seen a "For Rent" sign at one of these, but, since I am not in the market for an apartment, I have no idea if a realtor is able to help. I would think the best way is to drive around and take down phone numbers wherever you find a For Rent sign.
