Someone posted a rendering of the new dorm a couple of weeks back, and it looked really nice, and will fit in nicely with the red-brick buildings that dominate campus.
When i lived on campus, my sophomore year i moved into the renovated Dawson Hall. We shared a 3 bedroom suite with a baseball player from Perth, Australia, his roomate was a backup QB from Boone County, WV. The other room was a couple of guys from DC and Baltimore, and my roomate was a 6'5 300lb offensive tackle from western Kentucky. State really is a living laboratory of human relations!

That's funny. This dorm (as you well know) is a need for this campus.
This is definitely a positive. New dorms will attract students easier than older buildings that need many repairs.
