Is anyone familiar with the Scots Hill Townhomes off Johnston Road? I was considering moving there, but I noticed a lot of units for sale, so I suspected that there may be something wrong with the area. The price is really low and the community is well kept, so I'm thinking it's too good to be true. Does anyone have any insight?

I don't think there's anything wrong with the area, it's in a nice section of Ballantyne. I think it's just an older froup of homes that were built before the other cookie cutter communities were built so the homes are older.

Great location though IMO
