Hello,
has anyone used Wyndham Capital mortgage company?
I would appreciate any feedback.
They just quoted me 5.67% on 30 yr fixed no points
Any other good rate mortgages?

Thanks

My name is dan and I'm working with them now and not at all happy. Closing has now been delayed twice... nothing but excuses from them about down computers, working on the problem, and trying their best. Yet close scheduled for yesterday. I 'm putting 50% down and have great credit. Use someone else.... a local bank that returns calls!!!!!

Assuming you have excellent credit, and not knowing the particulars of your loan that seems too high.

That number should be around 5% considering where the rates are these days.

Depending on your loan amount and your credit score,
but that seems high for what's available out there right now.
I just got an approved refi @ 4.75 on a 30 year.
You should be under 5 unless it's a jumbo or
second/investment property or your credit is dinged.
15 year is 4.25.
My advice is to shop around a little more.
