Does any one know anything about the haunted house on the corner of Brawley School Road and Oak Tree? There is a house and a barn on the property, both deserted. Today we went in and looked around, and the place was trashed, but there were still things that MUST have belonged to the owners (brushes and soaps in the bathroom, and dresses in the closet...) I've heard that someone died in the house, but we cant find anything about it... Any info would help! If you look for it on google maps its listed as 822 Brawley School Road, Mooresville NC. Thanks!

How did you get in? I googled it. It looks like it must have been a nice house a very long time ago. The whole area looks sort of forlorn. There are a lot of houses in the area that look like that. They're usually alongside giant McMansion neighborhoods. Like a pretty farmhouse on Weddington Road that I asked about a few weeks ago.

Maybe the ghost mows the grass
On a similar note, anyone know anything about Shadowbrooke Ln which is slightlly further along Brawley, just past Mallard head country club on the right.
It's a gravel road, with a small wooden hut on the side as you turn in, almost as if it's been a security entrance, then there's a long , tree lined driveway with grass either side which is unkempt but reminds me of some of the stately homes in the UK. Doesn't say it's private.
Then there's 2 gateposts but no gate and the road goes down across a bridge and then up a bank where there appears to be 1 or 2 fairly average homes stuck away in the dark. No through road though.

Haunted house or cell tower in the background... decisions - decisions.
