Hail at 33 Huntersville exit. Torrential rain.

It is not doing anything much here in S CLT except rumbling off in the distance.

My goodness.

This is from TV reports . . . storm moving 25-20 mph.

Seemingly very close lightning strikes here in Highland Creek. Currently the dog is cowering, the Wife and Daughter are huddled under a blanket. I am risking my life by reporting this info to my fellow City Data readers.

Hee Hee.

Hang in there!

It is now more active here in S CLT. Getting some really heavy rain now.

Hope everyone is safe.

I am about ready to turn off the computer and go hide, too, Mikealialex.

Does anyone know when this is supposed to blow over? I've got a meeting uptown tonight and I'd really rather not drive in this!

Bright skies again in east Mooresville...heavy rains before & booming in the distance.
