Is inline skating not very popular in NC or atleast around Charlotte?

I went to a rather large 2 level Dìck's Sporting Goods store yesterday at the Northlake Mall and I could not find inline skates anywhere in it. I finally asked an employee where they were located and he looked at me like I was crazy before telling me that they do not carry them. Their MN stores always had them and the store website sells them.

Many stores (especially Wal-mart) very much cater to the demographics of the area they are in ... there are 2 wal-marts in my area about 10 miles apart and they carry different specialtiy items due to area and the prices are also a little different...also, if enough demand calls for them a store will add, I believe many people have already commented on specific food items they wanted and the demand was there so they now sell

You can also order online.
