Would be interested to find out how many kids who were in the Myers Park IB program switched to East Meck OR went to their neighborhood school.

It seems like Prov High and AK each have a huge enrollment this year - larger than in past years.

AK got 200+ more students and there are not enough teachers to cover this huge enrollment.

They say AK is BURSTING with very, very large classes. I can only assume that some are former Myers Park students.
Harding IB was to be an option, but 'word is' that they lost many students due to the shuttle stops.
What a mess.

Cool bursting

Yes, we are bursting at AK and i know Prov High is as well.
We think it could be that some MP IB kids are now in their neighborhood schools since they might not of wanted to go to East Meck.

Just not sure what is going on but what I do know is AK has over 2250 enrolled with huge, huge class sizes.
