I noticed they are doing lots of work on I-77 north of the city. Is this to put in an intersection with I-485 or for a new exit? I saw a map awhile ago that showed the new I-485 plans. Does anyone have a copy of that handy?

Thanks!

It's amazing that the loop never leaves Meck. County.

It looks like there will be an exit near Highland Creek. I am thinking about buying there. I would assume that would increae the housing values in that area?

That's where my father lives and the exit will not be too far from him. It is hard to tell if the value will increase as the loop also tends to spread crime throughout the county.

Highland Creek is down the street from the intersection of Mallard Creek and Prosperity Church (the opposite way of where 485 currently crosses). It is really not near an exit...but accessible via exit 18 from 77 or a couple different 85 exits. It is also in the general vicinity of Sugar Creek and WT Harris. There really is not a major intersection too close too it, but if you go north frlom their, it is not all too far from the southern part of Concord.
