It's been very frustrating and irritating. Since late Friday my internet has been super slow. I think it was Saturday it totally went down. I gave them a call. They said sorry, problems in the area, yadda, yadda, yadda. It came back on early Sunday. By Sunday afternoon, it was very slow again. Now it's like molasses.

I mean, I'm overcharged every month for something, right? AT LEAST fix the problem!


BTW, I'm in Waxhaw, close to Wesley Chapel. Anyone else having issues?

Yes - I have had problems with Windstream for months.

Yes, us too. This is not the first trouble we've had. And, every time this comes up, it's never fixed in a timely matter. It has always taken DAYS, not hours to correct.

It's time for a new provider. ARE there any other providers in Charlotte?

I'm in Indian Trail and have had no issues. I also have no problem with the price. I am paying 49.99+ tax/month for Phone/DSL. I have all the phone features(long distance, caller ID, Ect) and 12mb DL speed.
