HI!! I've been living in Hilton Head, SC for 2 yrs and though I love it, I am ready to get back to a larger city that offers more culture, opportunity, and diversity; as well as a larger dating pool! LOL. I lived in Atlanta for 5 yrs during 2000-2005 and loved it, however, I'm open to explore other cities. I'm a very young 39 year old single woman and am looking for any feedback on Atlanta, Charlotte, or Jacksonville. Being a licensed massage therapist and dance instructor/choreographer, I can find career opps anywhere. I appreciate any feedback!! Thank you in advance for taking the time to reply Joi

Check out Charlotte with 80,000 people moving here per year, we must be doing something right. Uptown offers tons of things to do and affordable high-rise condos. I moved to Uptown to get all the things that you are looking for!

Charlotte is a great city, plenty of stuff to do. Atlanta might have more night life and be a little more mature then Charlotte since it's grown a little faster then Charlotte has. I don't know anything about Jacksonville.
Good Luck.

I have a property in Hilton Head Island and love it there. I'm married so I can see why it's not a great place for single folks unless you really love the island. I visited Charlotte and have a good feel for the area and it's very nice. But trust me on this one. If you're single, Jacksonville FL wins "hands down" over Charlotte. I fell in love with Jax area but decided to stay with my company in Charlotte. Check out some of the Jax threads and get a feel for the area. Definetly a better choice for SINGLE folks. Good luck.
