Hi I will be moving to NC in a month, and need advice on safe parts of charlotte. I do not want to be near any ghetto and loud music. Any advice?

Loud music really depends on who your neighbors are. Have you looked at any parts of town yet?

Where is your job located? And how much can you spend?

Try Ballantyne, myers park, eastover, dilworth or Elizabeth neighborhoods. Places close to UNCC would likely have your loud music party people. Crime can occur anywhere but the higher crime rates are in areas north and west of uptown. If you are renting, your monthly rate will usually tell the tale. The cheaper, the more likely it's in a troubled area.
