The idiots on the TV news teased this story by saying "last night homicides in Charlotte doubled". Umm, there was one murder so far this year so if the homicides doubled then the total would be 2 for the year, not 3. What a maroon.

Actually I heard we had our 2nd murder this year about a week or two ago.

I could be wrong.
