I don't see the info on the web site and the customer service rep at republic services couldn't even answer this question. I am moving to Cornelius and have never had to use the big blue recycle can they provide.

What exactly am I allowed or not allowed to put in that can?

Do these items have to be bagged or just tossed in?

My best guess would be:

- newpaper and magazines
- flattened cardboard
- recycleable plastic and glass bottles (caps removed and rinsed out)

things probably not allowed:

- pizza boxes
- cans
- batteries, light bulbs, chemicals, wood, yard waste

they'll usully leave you a note if you put something in by mistake.
