I have heard great things about these two areas. Can someone differentiate between the two, pros and cons, etc? My wife and I are looking to relocate after we graduate and are looking to open a chiropractic practice. Any information that I could get would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for info like major employers of the area, major shopping/business/high traffic areas that are easy to get to. Also, what the population of the area is like, age, families or retirees, average home price, etc. I am also looking for a good commercial realtor for the area. Thanks for all your help.

Default Birkdale

Ive been going to the Birkdale area since it was built, it seems on weekend nights it is more of a teenager hangout more than anything. I know you didnt ask about Birkdale specifically, but it seems to be considered the heart of Huntersville entertainment. Its nicer and quieter during the daytime. You can still have a good time on week nights but you have to put up with a lot of young kids at night. Not something I really would complain about but last Friday night it seemed to be worse than most...
