I'm looking for a recommendation for a home inspector who would have specific knowledge of older historic homes. Since historic homes have their own potential issues, I'm hoping that someone can recommend someone.

Thank you.

Maybe you could search "This old house" website. They have links to some businesses related to older and historic homes. I had no idea Charlotte still has historic homes, I thought they demolished all of them already.

To my knowledge it wouldn't make a bit of difference if it's historic or not to a home inspection IF they know what they are doing.

Did you purchase this home? Your realtor should have a contact(s) for you.
