Anyone know the inside scoop of price or types of homes they are going to offer? Just saw the sign go up. They took over the land from Ryan I guess.

It wouldn't surprise me it they build home similar to those in Ardrey Chase (right up the road), or Stone Creek Ranch. Give the sales office at Ardrey Chase a call, they might know.

I live in the estates part of Stone Creek and they did tell me when I bought my house they weren't doing anymore high end houses again now that Pulte took over ( I was one of the last houses under Centex) before Pulte took over.

The houses in Ardrey Chase that Pulte is building since the Centex merger are in the 300-400K range. I think the higher-end homes in Stone Creek Ranch are 400K plus. A couple of the floorplans in Ardrey Chase are the same as in the Chimney's of Marvin. The Centex floorplans have either been fully phased- out in Ardrey Chase, or will be in the near future.

Is Pulte considered a good builder? I have a friend who's had a lot of problems with his Pulte townhouse but I didn't know if it was just his bad luck for a general issue with Pulte.

The homes in Stone Creek Ranch range I think from mid-200's for vinyl homes to 400K for brick homes. So, does anyone know if it's an existing line of floorplans or a new one for Ballanmoor?

I totally forgot about the other vinyl community (Sonora I think?). I was referring to the all brick homes (Sierra Community). Are these considered the same Community? IDK

I did not get an answer on the floor plans. They have not released any info yet. I am guessing they will use their most popular plans from Chimneys, Ardrey Chase and Stone creek Ranch (Sierra).

Yes, it's all the same community but it's huge neighborhood with like 7 sections all different price ranges and looks of the houses and some sections are not even connected to others. Sierra is sold out and they are finishing up the last couple of homes. Currently they are building some vinyl ones and townhomes in Stone Creek.
