Rent. Looking for 1 bedroom 1 bath, anywhere between 600-1,000 sq ft. I'd like to keep it at $1,500 and utils or less, but I could do $1,700 + utils.

Thanks for the link. I was hoping for some first or second-hand opinions on condos. I am looking for a small bachelor pad. My short-list (from internet searches) is Trademark, Avenue, Catalyst, and 230 S. Tryon.

With that website a licensed agent who knows uptown will help you. With that being said all 4 of those condo developments will be a nice fit. 230 S Tryon is a little more upscale than the rest. The Avenue is a good time.

I live in Trademark. Those first 3 are all solid choices, I just dont know much about 230 s tryon.

FYI, I found my unit on craigslist for rent by owner.
