I want your opinion on what type of restaurant you would like to see in Marvin Corners! (Matthews: house, restaurants)

Guys, what do you think about the Marvin Corners on Rea Rd? I imagine it's going to be a huge shopping center, but I would like to know, what type of restaurant would you like to see there? Would you rather see a chain restaurant or a local one?
Good local one would be nice... so many chains already to choose from. But, is there one planned there? You're talking about the one with the new Kohls anchoring it? I've seen rumors of a CiCi's and an Einstein's Bagels in the planned smaller strip mall part.

Looking into opening a family restaurant in that area, just trying to get a general feel of what people would prefer. I want to serve Steaks, Burgers, Chicken, Soups, Pasta, wings etc. Great American Food, seafood, Italian food all under one roof and Maybe a breakfast buffet on sunday mornings, decent prices and a bar on the other side for all the fights, games etc. Just trying to get an idea of there's a need for that in that area, or would it be geared more for Matthews/Mint Hill.
I would personally like to see a Culver's somewhere in the area. It is a popular midwest chain that has recently expanded to the southwest and they are looking for franchisees in the Carolinas and Georgia. They serve their famous butter burger along with chicken, fish, etc and frozen custard, something that is hard to find in the area (Rita's has it). Just an opinion from someone that does not cook and always eats out. Culver's is a pretty small chain that has it's roots in Wisconsin and whenever I travel to that area I try to go by one. Good luck in whatever you decide.
For anyone that is not familiar with Culvers, go to http://www.culvers.com and click on their menu! It is pretty extensive for comparable restaurants and I'm getting hungry just talking about this.

I'd love to see a good local restaurant there! A good steak house sounds good to me...especially one that serves other things AND a local bar to watch some games would be very cool! I'm down!
