I've purchased from them quite a bit. I like them... they carry higher quality products than you'll find at Costco or Sams, but also have decent prices on the economy models as well.
They are a local business and their staff is very knowledgable.
We have bought several TVs from Queen City. I read so much on the internet I always have a lot of questions when we go to buy a product. Their sales associates are sharp. Service and delivery was good. In addition they are a local owned mom & pops. They have been here since the 1950's ... same family.
I would recommend spending $50 for a Costco membership. The two flat panels we bought more than paid for themselves with the Costco extended warranty etc. Could not beat prices and selections.
My recommendation before buying an appliance is first to got a repair forum and look at the brands where people have trouble. Fix it now (Samurai & Repair Clinic) are examples.
Queen City is a great company. Very easy to work with and good quality products. They've also got their own in-house service if your set is out of warranty and want it fixed. And those guys really know their stuff.
