Due to a job change necessitated by the economy, my family is relocating to Charlotte in the very near future. I am interested in learning more about autism services in the area, how to navigate them, and where to get started. My child is moderately functioning - we are not talking about Asperger's here. She needs a lot of help and currently attends a school specifically for children with autism. This is going to be a difficult transition and I would appreciate any and all information.
