Long time family physican retired ~2 years ago. Suggested the Dr my wife and I are currently using. Not satisfied with his expertise, etc. We have each had negative issues with his inability to render a correct diagnosis. We are both Medicare eligible with the potential issues that presents. I have BCBSNC and she is covered by Wells Fargo's United Healthcare program.
We are anxious to find another physician we can be more comfortable using.
Any recommendations or suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.
I'm a big fan of the Mecklenburg Medical Group or MMG. They have a Southpark location. My wife likes Dr. Shoemake but they're all good and have every type of specialist under the sun
Dr. Loren Kane of Kane Internal Medicine. He is located on 51 in the South Park area headed out towards Pineville.
He is not a part of large medical group and is easily accessible. He takes his time and will answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with him.
