I am wondering if I can use them to change my car between my my mother and I since she is flying out in the morning and I am flying in that afternoon. Our hope was to have her drop off my car curbside valet and then I will pick it up a few hours later once I arrive. Not sure if I need ID or if they give you a ticket with a number on it?

I used it once (it was sweet) but I can't remember if they asked for ID or not.

The ticket they give you says that "no car will be released without presenting a claim ticket," so i think in general, no - you cant do that. I would give them a call, though...they might be able to do it as long as you plan for it with them ahead of time.

We use it and they will not give you access to your car without that valet ticket, period. I would think should you LOSE that ticket, then they would get into the whole thing of proof of identity - matching up registration, driver's license, etc. Not sure how that would work. I just know we have made sure never to lose the ticket, lol.

I would have your mom give them your name and information and ask if they will do that. I once dropped my car off with the business valet and gave them my wife's info (and texted her the ticket number) so she could pick it up when she flew in (I dropped her off Sunday and she was getting back Wednesday; I flew out Monday and was coming back on Thursday). They were cool with that.

If what was suggested doesn't work...do you have multiple keys to the car? Couldn't you just park in a regular lot and leave the ticket in the car?
