I am hoping that someone has experience or advice on a source of redwood dimensional lumber for a wine cellar project that I am planning on undertaking when my home is finished. I have noticed that none of the big-box lumber stores carry redwood in the area, but there are some local yards that advertise that they do. I am planning on using heart redwood for the wine racks and do not want to get into a situation where I order one grade and get something else.

Even if you have had a positive, non-redwood related experience with a local lumber yard let me know. I just don't want to get involved with a known scammer.

Thanks!
John
