Hi,
I am considering a job at Lowes (Mooresville). I am looking for some advise as to which appartments are good in the area. I am considering to rent initially.

I have a 5yr old and would also llike to know which is a good school district .

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Waterlynn apartments are very near the Lowe's campus and new. Another one nearby to Lowe's is Abberly Green (I think that's how you spell it), I've heard good things about it. You want on the east side of 77 most likely as that is the side Lowe's is on, makes traveling to/from work much easier.

School district will be determined by where you choose to live. On the east side you have both Mooresville Graded School District which are very good as well as Iredell County Schools which many have high grades as well. The west side of Mooresville is all County Schools I believe.

Ditto to what Wolf said. There's also some town houses right next to Lowe's main entrance, I believe they're called Legacy Village. They have rentals available there.

Yep, forgot those. haha Drive by them daily too. Sheesh. Yes, I have a couple of friends that rent in there and have been very pleased with it. I've never seen their place but have heard they are nice. A little more pricey than standard apartments though from what I gathered.
