Hi all.
Was wondering if anyone knew of a decent roofer or handyman in any of the above areas. Woke up to a leak in my ceiling late this morning from the rain. Pretty sure my roof is pretty new (by new I mean -10 years old) and I can't see any major damage to the outside of the roof by looking up. However OBVIOUSLY something needs to be fixed.
Also, since I'm not sure how this all works with roofing, but I have an attic between my roof and my ceiling so obviously something in the attic needs to be fixed too. The leak is in one tiny place...for now. Would roofers work on this, or would this be an entirely different person (regular handyman).
Ugh...and this is when I
at home ownership. This is the third major item to be fixed in the year, only had the house for 2 1/2.
