Maybe this will help someone, or you know someone who may can use this resource.

"More than a dozen of the nation’s largest home lenders will have representatives in Charlotte next week.

They’ll be meeting face-to-face with homeowners struggling to pay mortgage bills. Bank representatives will be helping figure out what options are available to help.

The Help for Homeowners community event is free.

It’s the first time the federal government’s Making Home Affordable program and the Hope Now alliance have joined for a gathering of this kind in Charlotte. Individual lenders have hosted similar events.
The 15 lenders who will be represented make up some 80 percent of the mortgage market, said Brad Dwin, a Hope Now spokesman."
