Mooresville Recommendations (Welcome, Norman: new home, tile, inspection)

Hi, I just bought a house in MV and am looking for some recommendations for things I need to do. This is what I need if you have any names, numbers.
security, fence, blinds, pest, vet, lawn service, handyman and tile store-installation.

WELCOME to Mooresville Maribee!!

I use Home Team Pest...Love them! 704-509-9525 They come every 3 mths & if I see any bugs btwn visits, all I do is call & they come back to treat the problem...no add'l cost. They also do a yearly termite inspection. I have ADT security & I use Lake Norman Animal Hospital on hwy 150. They're right in front of Lowes...very nice & reasonably priced.

I haven't used them yet, but I know someone who uses Weed Man for his lawn. His lawn looks like carpet, even in this heat.

Congrats on the new home! BTW, which subdivision did you decide on?

HI Maribee,

I use Acme for my quarterly pest control, They're good and reasonably priced 704-660-7001. You can't do any better than Ciccone Tile for tile installation 704-881-3438. What kind of work for handyman, I have a couple of names.

I decided on Waterlynn.

Rosa5, I need basic handyman services like hanging shelves in the garage and other small repairs, electrician- like adding my ceiling fans and such. I'm also looking for someone who does build-in bookcases so if you know anyone that's good with wood.
