We are looking to move to Charlotte's Fourth Ward June 1. We were there last week looking at prospective rentals and found a pitiful selection of two bedrooms (in condo buildings, we only want to live in a condo building). We used a broker. What are the chances of more becoming available for June 1? Should we spring for a rental we feel so so, or hold out for something to maybe come available (again, in condo buildings). Thank you.

The rental market in Charlotte has been tight for over a year now. It is not likely to improve heading in to the summer, especially with the DNC invading town. If you found something you can live with I'd jump on it.
That won't happen for a long time most likely. Yes, the Vue is in 4th ward.
