I'm gonna start gleaning gutters and I don't want to bid to low or high. Anyone know the charging prices here in Charlotte that companies are charging for gutter cleaning. I understand it all depends on the size, but I would like a variety of answer if possible.

Cannot help you with prices ($/linear gutter), but maybe you should add window cleaning - since they could go together. It gives you a better chance to be busy.

Consider your time it takes to do the job (house dependent but you can estimate by number of windows, house perimeter to estimate gutter length, etc).
Start with lower cost (so you can get the jobs) and once you get experienced, you'll know how long it will take you in the future jobs.
You might also consider to talk to people who already are doing it and maybe work for them at the beginning - but be honest, let them know what your goal is.

Good luck!

I think I paid $125 to get some gutters cleaned that probably hadn't been touched in 5 years

You can practice on my gutters!

Last year I paid $150 to have about ~120' of gutters cleaned, half of which are 20' up. He also did some minor repairs and got them all flowing as they should be, including the downspouts. I asked the guy what he would charge to just clean the gutters and he told me $70.

Thanks to everyone for their reply. 28173 thank you for your opinion that would be a great idea to add to service i will provide. I'll have to do more research concerning the equipment and price for window cleaning. $70 sounds about right for that size on a lower level but if its higher up it cost more. Keep the replies going and if anyone know anything about window cleaning drop a price on here if you don't mind.
