I just moved here from Columbia, SC and am looking for restaurants in Charlotte that go the distance to serve high quality food i.e., all natural and/or organic ingredients. I am happy to pay a premium as long as I know I am being served food without all the preserevatives and additives found in most restaurants. I would really appreciate it if someone could make some suggestions.

The Prickly Pear Restaurant in Mooresville uses only organic chicken and beef in their dishes.
