I went over to Colonel Francis Beatty park in Weddington and saw a sign that said instruction could ONLY be provided by the selected tennis pro. This sign just struck me a wrong not to mention that I have a good friend who could provide instruction to my kids. Just seems wrong to me. It's a public park for chrissakes!
What, exactly, does the sign say? Perhaps this was meant to prevent folks from abusing the court or setting up their own tennis school and charging for lessons.
That being said, I cannot imagine that anything would happen to a person teaching another person, assuming they were even "caught". Probably don't want to be there when TANC is though.
