Hi everyone,
My wife and I are looking out for a single family house (4 bedrooms atleast, around 3000 sq feet) with a budget of $350k around ballantyne and waxhaw (near to sandy ridge, marvin schools). Any recommendations ?

Thanks a in advance!

You may be able to build in the Reserve side of the Chimneys of Marvin (Pulte) for 350k. They have some nice lots left. There are a few lots left and a couple of spec homes in Barrington (Shea), but the remaining lots do not have much of a backyard. There is a lot more to chose from in your price range near the Cuthbertson Schools - Lawson (Lennar) and Cureton (Ryan) both have nice lots in the new phases being built.

I don't think they are Sandy Ridge, but check out Hunter Oaks and Somerset too.
