There is a guy between Seacrest shortcut and Poplin on Unionville Indian Trail Rd in Indian Trail who makes and sells them. He has a sign by his mailbox and will customize them. The ones that he has had out look real nice, but I don't know the pricing.
If you don't get what your after from the guy in Monroe, I've seen them at the Yorkmont farmers market. You could probably ask around at Atherton Mills too.
