I can't dance for my life in a bar or club, so I figured I could take some lessons. The problem is that all the lessons I see are for ballroom/formal dancing styles. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

If you do a quick Google for hip hop classes in the area, you will find plenty. Open Door Studios on Central offers classes, Dance Fever Charlotte and Zumba classes teaches you hip hop as well. Cosmo's in the Ballantyne have free Salsa classes on Tues night and the following link will also guide you (charlottelatindance.com). Good luck!
