I am helping my daughter search for townhomes to rent. She is having trouble because everywhere she looks online they are really renting apartments, not townhomes. Today she looked at a townhome in Stone Creek Ranch, and she is going to look at one in Revencrest, but wants to look at more. Those were a little high, coming in around $1600 for a 3 bedroom.
What she wants is a website similar to the sites for searching for homes for sale, where she can search in one place and by price and area. Is there such a site? Can you help direct me?
You can also try Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Recent Sales, Apartment Rentals - Zillow (Type in Charlotte, NC, then just go to the top of the page to select the "for rent" option). It's nice because it displays a map of the properties, along with the rental price and pictures/information. It includes townhouses along with freestanding houses.
Per terms of service real estate, realtor recommendations are not allowed posted on this forum. However Direct message is ok as long as one doesnt spam.
Sites like Zillow, realtor.com, carolinahome.com are ok because they do not go to specific realtor and cant go to particular MLS.
