Thanks for all the replies. I bought a mattress at America's Mattress in Matthews today after hitting a few stores. Great to deal with and got a real good deal. Very happy with the transaction.

I bought an iSeries from Macy's which is considered a hybrid with 924 coils, memory and foam. I have this on top of an adjustable bed. I'm in love with the adjustable portion (base) but not the bed per se. Macy's has free delivery, but if you don't like it, you will have to pay $70 for them to pick it up. I reported my back hurts and they said I had 30 days. The next time, I will buy from Denver Mattress near Ikea which has free shipping (no middleman) and free returns. BTW, I have a 25yrs warranty on this bed. In the store, it is cool gel, but I encase my bed, which negates the coolness.
