Does anyone live here or know someone who does? Looking for any information about this area. Planning a trip down in May, however, any foreknowledge would be great! Looks like they have decent lots and some privacy but hard to tell anything from a computer really. I hope someone can help! Thanks!

I know this neighborhood. It's not far from me. The original builder left the neighborhood a couple of years ago and Lennar came in to continue on. I've never heard anything bad about Lennar. My BIL and his wife almost bought a Lennar home when they were looking 3 years ago. They ended up picking another builder. I'm pretty sure it was because in the neighborhood they were looking where Lennar was the builder all the houses came "as is". You didn't go to the design studio. The house was "as is" and you could make any changes after you bought it. What Lennar picked was what went in the home. The homes were very nice but not being able to pick your own floors, cabinets, counters, light fixtures etc.. was what made them chose another builder. I don't know if they are like that with all homes or just that particular neighborhood.

We drove through Waterford Hall about 5 years ago when the original builder was there and it was a very nice neighorhood with great lot sizes. Some of the lots were wooded. I keep meaning to drive back through to see the progress of it. I have a friend who lives in a neighborhood nearby and she plans to buy in there at some point. She loves it.

Thanks for the reply...I was beginning to worry about the neighborhood. Do you know if there are any or plan to be any amenities there? Do you know if it is a kid-friendly neighborhood?

There aren't any amenities there now and I don't know if they plan on them. They have a lot of building to do still. There's also another neighborhood going in called Waterford Enclave which might connect to Waterford Hall at some point. The homes are 200K and below and then Waterford Hall is the mid 200's. The houses that are already there are very pretty. The yards are big and very well maintained.

I didn't see any evidence of kids but it's also daytime during the week.

I am reviving this thread because I was at Waterford Enclave today and going back again tomorrow. The prices went up quiet a bit, there is nothing less than @220,000 there. I like the community, really lots of privacy and I like the trees everywhere. I want to know if someone else live there and has any feedback to share, it's been 5 month since the OP put the question. I am also interested if the OP thoughts about the community, did you make the move?

We just bought a lot in the Waterford Hall! We absolutely love it there & they just released more lots that back up to the woods. They're building a pool and it should be done July 4th weekend!

We didn't move there. We met with the sales guy and really liked the homes but at the time the only lots that were cleared for building had no yard at all which didn't suit our needs. We were on a time constraint for a relocation and would have had to rent for a while until the was built, couldn't find any rentals in the schools we wanted and wouldn't want to have our kids change schools again so we ended up in another area, which we love. So glad they are building a pool there. Good luck!
