Something like 90% of the population in Pineville live in apartments or condos - which sometimes attract more car thefs and car breakins. There is a lot of retail shopping in Pineville, including the big mall. Getting uptown could be a headache depending on time of day, but people do do it

It's a nice area, you should check it out. It's near some really nice areas (Ballantyne) and close to the 485 and 77 highways. They have a big mall and all the big-box stores in Pineville. There's also a historic old town area with antique shops. Taxes in Pineville are slightly less than in Charlotte on property.
thanks all
i m really happy to know positive things about pineville
