EXACTLY the mentality I was talking about on the other thread. I was recently in NYC and it took me 45 minutes on the bus to get to a destination that would have probably taken me half the time if I drove. That happens on public transportation sometimes.

Just like you said in another post of yours in another thread, my perogative. Guess no one but you can have an opinion or a feeling?

Well the difference is your perogative is exactly what will cause the light rail to fail.

A train may sometimes take longer but it won't sit stuck in traffic.

The DC metro is a hard rail system, while LYNX is a light rail system. It won't be a hub and spokes network like the Metro - it will never be that, even when it's completely built out.
