Fresh Market and there is a store near the Galleria Super Walmart in Matthews that is organic BUT I haven't been inside and don't know if they have organic produce.
I tend to go to TJ or EF mostly. I also get weekly e-vic sales from Harris Teeter that gives me deals on my "personalized" shopping habits which is pretty neat. Especially on the organic milks and items. Target prints out coupons for me at the register as well on their organic line.

I don't buy organic because its very definition means "at least 95% organic" according to government standards. It would say 100% Organic if truly organic, something you do not see as much.

Thanks! I keep meaning to go in there but I rarely drive to Matthews. I remember seeing it there when I was in the area.

We buys a lot of organic products and it's tough to beat Trader Joes. Unless you can trust and buy directly from a local producer, that is our number one choice. Other local groceries may offer organic products, but generally cost a lot more...

Check "The Food Babe" . com she is a local woman and has been on National TV (worked at Wachovia) along with another local woman who does "100 Days of Real Food" they are both on facebook and have webpages. They do a lot of work putting information out regarding organics, GMOs. Being local, she probably has suggestions. They were on Dr. Oz earlier this summer.
