Well trying to get in the spirit of things - watching the game on TV and UNCC appears to be struggling. I hear all season tickets are basically sold out for the year? Is that true?

I know I read an article saying that students were upset because they had to enter a lottery to get tickets.
Yup it goes in and out for me too - funny I'm like 2 minutes from the stadium, I think if I stand across the street at the Panera Bread I would have a pretty good view
Hopefully those young men can pull it together during half time - they look a bit demoralized walking off the field.
Niners played the first team that had more athletic scholarships then them. Niners put up some good overall stats (total yards, total first downs, time of possession...all more than Central) but lost the turnover margin. They start 16 freshman so the inexperience caught up to them this weekend with some big plays from Central. This week @JMU is going to be even tougher opponent and first away game.
This team is on the right track and its a great game experience for the fans as well. Season tickets are sold out for the season, however mid week there is a chance limited seats will be released for that weeks game depending upon student attendance. There are 15,300 seats in JRS this season, but all 3 games have had attendance in the 16k+ range.

Thanks for the explanation...I really would love to go see a game. The stadium looks nice and the weather has been great for football.
